Well here we are again, we are well into the season of Advent and it doesn't seam like a year ago that we were all looking forward to Christmas, does it.
The word Advent comes from the Latin word Adventus which means 'coming' and this is the season when we look forward to celebrating the coming into this world of our Lord.
We often forget that Advent is also when we look forward to Jesus' 2nd coming, His 2nd Advent or His 2nd coming.
During this season we can prepare for Christmas, not just in the decorations, food and present buying - We prepare to celebrate Jesus coming to earth in human form bringing us the greatest gift of all. This gift can't be bought, no matter how much money we have to spend or not, Jesus brings us the gift of love and it's yours for the taking. All you have to do is accept it,
